At Pyra 1980, we specialize in offering a one-of-a-kind beachside catering experience in the stunning locales of Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, and Panama City Beach. Our personal chef will take your event to new heights with a menu designed around seed oil-free dishes and locally-sourced ingredients. We pride ourselves on supporting local farmers and growers, ensuring that each dish is fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable.

Menu Selection

Our carefully curated menu features crowd-pleasing dishes that will elevate your event, all made with quality and flavor in mind. Below are some of our client favorites, priced per person with an 8-person minimum. We’re happy to customize the menu and provide photos of each dish to help you make your selection.

Carolina Smoke BBQ (Pork) – $40

Experience the essence of authentic Carolina Smoke BBQ ribs, meticulously smoked over a blend of hickory and oak for around 10 hours. Our house-made BBQ sauce, free from refined sugars and artificial ingredients, is sweetened solely with raw honey or pure maple syrup. Choose from hot, mild, or medium. Accompanied by coleslaw, our 4th generation potato salad, or grilled cob corn.

NOLO Feast Country Boil – $45

Relax at the beach and enjoy our classic Country Boil. This feast features Crayfish (Crawdads) and the usual suspects: red potatoes, cob corn with wild mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and carrots.

Texas Brisket BBQ (Beef) – $40

Discover the only true Texas Brisket, cooked low and slow over post oak for 9 to 14 hours. This delectable brisket is paired with our award-winning baked beans and 4th generation potato salad.

South of the Border Barbacoa Tacos (Beef) – $35

Savor the flavors of slow-cooked, open-fire barbacoa tacos, straight from our Spanish/Caribbean neighbors. Enjoy scratch-made red and green sauces with heat levels to your liking, alongside authentic Spanish rice and refried beans. Our corn tortillas are cooked in beef tallow with no seed oils.

Charcuterie Your Way – $22

Design your perfect charcuterie board with exotic cheeses, fruits, and cured meats. Contact us to personalize your selection.

Classic Backyard BBQ Burgers (Grass-Fed and Finished) – $28

Indulge in the best with our grass-fed and finished beef burgers, complete with all the classic trimmings. This all-American fare includes 4th generation potato salad and chips. Steamed hot dogs are also available.
